The bi-annual conference of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) was held in Turin, Italy in 2019. Almost 2.000 people attended the conference, showing that EAWOP continues to grow.
The session on Entrepreneurship drew an engaged audience and featured interesting work-in-progress about, for example, the role of institutional role models on entrepreneurial career decisions. It was also a pleasure and honour for Richard Bläse to present one of the main topics of his doctoral thesis on the formation of entrepreneurial intentions in higher education: crossing the entrepreneurial Rubicon. In general it was interesting for him to see the presentations and reflect on their impact on research in this field.
Next EAWOP congress will take place in Glasgow, Scotland in January 2022.
